Steps to Adding A New Team Member

Adding new team members to your team:

  • Add to 101 Training Portal
  • Mastermind (right side of the group page) - We will approve the add
  • Add to FUB  (Instructions)
    • If they need FUB training - Live webinar is the best option (Calendar Link)
    • If they need ALL Curaytor training (CAB) - you can have them set up their own account in 101 (Instructions)  
  • Add to website as a user - they will only need logins to the site if they are creating content and need site access 
    • Settings > Account
  • Add to "About Page" - bio, headshot, etc
    • Pages > About Page Edit > Near the bottom of the page you can add team members.  
    • You will add their info, save and then go back in and "edit" to add their headshot (quirk in the system)
  • Add to Brain - only if they are emailing blasting on their own - no need for a login here if you are email blasting for your entire team
